A Look At My Studio
A rundown of what my makes my project studio in Seattle a great place for producing AAA audio!
I am an audio director, lead, sound designer, composer, audio implementer and results-oriented audio professional. I have an outstanding ability to facilitate and deliver on design pillars for interactive audio production.
I also enjoy playing the accordion, and the occasional game of Magic: The Gathering!
With many shipped titles working as the primary provider of everything audio and delivering world class audio and game design content; I have developed company-defining AAA games and have experience in all aspects of game audio design production with over 18 years in the field.
Defining sonic palette for franchise of unnanounced title. Establishing audio systems needed to ship multiple AAA titles in new toolset framework. Establishing audio production pipelines. Music composition, sound design, and audio implementation for developing titles.
Responsible for sound design, implementation, field recordings for Pacific Drive. Managed audio production pipeline, contractors, audio systems and sonic palette for Pacific Drive
Authored and implemented sounds for augmented reality and virtual reality applications using a variety of processes and engines. Designed audio systems for AR/VR applications. Assisted with improving AR/VR audio engines and SDKs. Provided technical assistance and specifications for audio on new Oculus products hardware/software features..
Driving force behind audio systems and sound fx for military games. Implementation for sound fx, music, and voiceover in various systems both proprietary and industry-standard. Assisting with large-scale field recording sessions and small scale foley sessions.
Lead of team effective at delivering on time or ahead of schedule. Assisted Director in managing audio team to deliver in-game and marketing content. Coordinated with various outsourcers to deliver voice over, music assets. Provided sound design for Lord of the Rings Online. Created and implemented sound assets needed for characters, interactive objects, UI, ambience/landscape, environment objects and voiceover. Implemented music and assisted in music composition.
Member of The National Honors Society.
Most of my career has been spent on small, reactive audio teams where I have played an integral part in all aspects of game audio. One week could be spent creating and implementing sound fx while the next could be spent on writing documentation and herding voice actors into the studio to deliver quality content.
I have shipped a variety of titles including original MMOs, updated content, mobile games and VR games. Please take a look!
